This Policy outlines products and services that may not be listed, advertised, sold, purchased, or distributed through the Business Face Marketplace.
2. General Rule
Any product prohibited by South African law or regulation is prohibited on Business Face.

- Pepper spray
- Military equipment
Illegal Products
- Narcotics
- Controlled substances
- Drug paraphernalia
Medical Products
- Prescription medication
- Medical devices requiring authorisation
- Unlicensed health products
Alcohol and Tobacco
- Alcoholic beverages
- Cigarettes
- Cigars
- Vapes
- Nicotine products
Adult Products
- Pornographic material
- Sexually explicit products
- Adult services
Animals and Wildlife
- Live animals
- Protected species
- Animal-derived products prohibited by law
Hazardous Materials
- Toxic chemicals
- Radioactive materials
- Dangerous substances
Stolen Goods
- Any item suspected of being stolen
- Property obtained unlawfully
Fraudulent Listings
- Non-existent products
- Misleading advertisements
- Scam listings
Digital and Intangible Goods
Unless specifically approved by Business Face:
- Cryptocurrency sales
- Digital accounts
- Downloadable software
- Digital licenses
- E-books
4. Enforcement
Business Face may:
- Remove listings
- Suspend accounts
- Freeze funds
- Cancel transactions
- Report unlawful conduct to authorities
5. Counterfeit Goods
Business Face maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding counterfeit products. Accounts involved in counterfeit sales may be permanently banned.
6. Reporting
Users may report prohibited items by contacting support@businessface.co.za.
7. Policy Changes
Business Face reserves the right to update this Policy at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any amendments.
